• Automated Material Handling
  We utilize an automatic load-unload cell — a material-handling system that can be operated unattended — to service our laser cutters. This material handling system works seamlessly with our Laser Processing equipment, automatically loading raw materials and unloading cut sheets. It provides dramatic increases in productivity and flexibility allowing us to handle orders literally around the clock.

• CNC Press Brake
  Metal forming with our CNC press brake gives us the ability to produce precision bends and roll forms every time.

• CNC Machining
  Our CNC controlled machining center including both Lathe and Milling gives us the flexibility to perform additional processes on your job up to and including complete fabrication.

  Our extensive CAD/CAM experience allows us to get jobs set up in minutes, re-engineer more cost-effective solutions on the fly, and assist you with version support if needed. Our base cad system is AUTOCAD and we use many post processors for our CAM requirements.
